staying at golden tower pinheiros by fenix hoteis was a delight. the property was well-kept and clean. the staff was great, especially with their whatsapp service to share room info and answer questions. breakfast had a wonderful variety of fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, and warm items, making it a real treat.

Perfect spot for exploring the city. We loved visiting the Instituto Cultural Tomie Ohtake and relaxing at the Pinheiros Sport Club. The breakfast amazed us with its variety. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help us out.

We had a bit of trouble at check-in. it took longer than expected and we missed breakfast because of it. It would be nice if they could streamline that process.

Had a decent stay, but we were moved a couple of times 'cause the AC was totally whack. The staff were really nice about it, though, and the breakfasts were on point with lots for vegans. The location's cool, but waiting in the lobby for check-in was kinda annoying. Overall, not bad, but the air con was a bummer.

The check-in process was abysmal. I arrived at 3:30 pm, and my room wasn’t ready, despite the official check-in time being 2 pm. It felt incredibly frustrating to have to wait and be told that they were looking for another room just because theirs wasn’t prepared.

I spent 3 nights at the Golden Tower Pinheiros in a Luxury Double Room. The location felt perfect for exploring São Paulo, easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast. there were plenty of options to choose from, including fresh juices and local pastries. But, the gym was a letdown. It’s tiny with outdated equipment that barely qualifies as a gym. The WiFi was frustrating too, it kept dropping. I also faced some issues with the check-in process, which was a bit disorganized and frustrating. The staff were nice, but they could improve their communication about room availability and check-in times. Overall, the hotel has great potential but definitely needs upgrades and better service efficiency.
